Ginger

Ginger is a 3 year old Pit possibly mix....  She is spayed and up to date on shots.

Ginger lived in a home here locally with two young boys and a cat.  Do to move for their dad, and the lack of being able to find a place that would accept Ginger, she was surrendered to us.

Ginger in general gets along with most dogs well here at the rescue, and I believe on her intake questioneer it said she went to the park and played well with other dogs.  I can verify that for anyone interested in her.

Ginger has been sweet here, she loves to stand and give hugs, and once in a while soft little kisses.  Ginger adores Oreo.  So male partnership may be better for her.  Ginger does show some signs of slight anxiety.  That could be from the shelter environment, but she is very managable.  Ginger is a bit slow to warm up to new people.  It took me almost 45 minutes to even lay hands on Ginger when she was surrendered.  Extended visits is recommended with Ginger.
